Veggies can wait!
This blog is supposed to be about growing veggies, but I know you will forgive a little indulgence. Leo was a stray! someone left him on the streets of London and didn't bother to look for him. Aside from a little arthritis in his joints he is still full of life! Like all Labradors, Leo loves his food - so getting him to eat his veggies will not be a problem!

Matron, we will more than forgive a little indulgence - you might have a riot on your hands if Leo doesn't get plenty of blog coverage.
And he poses for the camera, a real pro!
I'm so happy for both you and Leo. Thank you for providing a good home for this wonderful little fellow...he is indeed a lucky dog to have found you.:)
Leo is a big cutie. We can see he has green paws for gardening, perfect!!

I'm so glad you are taking care of Leo. What a dog!
Awwww how cute is he! Sounds like you're going to have a lot of fun with him. :)
Imagine letting your dog go after 11 years and not being bothered, I can't understand it. Is he another Battersea dog, Matron? Keep the piccies coming.
Welcome to the world of bloggers Leo! Loads more stories and piccies of Leo 'gardening' please Matron :o)
Hope he doesn't eat YOUR veggies too, like Buddy did. Look at those eyes.
What a handsome fellow! He looks like he would capture your heart in a moment.
Aww, what a handsome boy!
Lee
He shares his name with our cat! >.<
What a cutie!
Dear Matron, what a wise decision to adopt Leo, he is so cute and sweet and gentle and handsome. How anyone could leave such a wonderful dog wandering the streets is beyond me. So glad he found you & you him.
I wish you both lots of joy in your life together.

Hi Matron, I'm sure Leo will be a good garden helper so I think that entitles him to star in you blog. I for one hope we get to see lots of him.
