Brilliant, there have been some very amusing Snowpeople about, this is the first ecclesiastical one I've seen, super. Love your blog, as a new allotment holder along with my sister glad to read you knowledge and experience as per Kathy and Skippy other side of pond.

I hope you didn't have to mug a bishop to get that hat! I bought 2 carrots on Monday from the village shop. They thought I was making snowmen.

A serene looking fellow - he looks as if he is at prayer.
Is he still standing ?

Wonderful - a bishop with boobs!
How come you purple sprouting brocolli is actually sprouting? North Derbyshire isn't so very much further north, but my brocolli is WAY behind yours!
Thanks for visiting my blog - and I love yours, it really made me chuckle!

I didn't know that sexy Bishops were allowed! Maybe that's how she ended up in the snow ;)

Your broccoli is looking great! Mine has 2 sets of leaves now and I've transplanted into paper pots.

Hi Matron, I am working on a post of some of the more interesting veggies I am going to grow next year. I was wonder if I could use one of your crimson broad bean photos on my blog to depict it?

Didn't know there was such a thing as a High Church snowman. :) Very cute. Yes, we are hoping you will join our Seattle garden bloggers' March meeting as a special international guest! In fact the meeting date was chosen with your visit in mind. Hope I didn't spill the beans here, I know Paula is trying to put something together. We look forward to "hosting" you, since many of us have read your blog and think it will be so great to meet you in person.
