About Me
- Name: Matron
- Location: Hillingdon, London, United Kingdom
I was born 20 yards from our allotment. My parents used to 'dig for victory' and never got out of the habit. I grew up on an allotment, so growing veggies is a way of life. I am also qualified as a dog behaviourist and I have set up my own business, www.blackdogdna.com

Fantastic how the snow brings out the 'inner puppy' even in our older dogs!
Glad to see someone enjoying the snow. Sunny here today, frost gone, rain last night.
Our doggy house guest was ages exploring the garden last night. We watched her standing gazing about her. She came in a bit like a snowball herself.
Great action shot.
That's a fantastic photo!
Haha! What a great photo!
Wow look at that mouth...nice catch with the camera Matron! I'm sure that's got to be a winner in a dog photo competition somewhere!
I finally got my chives (all 3 bunches) repotted in the same pot! Planted spring onions and green leaf lettuce...now I need more containers...time for a trek to the thrift store. I told Mr. Bangckik I'm going to have me some "lady fingers" this year...I'm not paying the outrageous prices the grocer asks for...for a pitiful looking handful of the "fingers". And of course, later, I'm going to plant a cherry tomato!
Great shot, Matron.
(Our dog no longer does this as sadly he has gone blind recently. First sign - he stopped catching the ball in the park)
Great photo, I think your dog is showing off! I also think that photo should win a competition. Some change in weather huh!
That's a kodak moment. I bet you couldn't get a shop like that again if you tried :)
Have fun while you can! Great photo!
Yay good to see Leo enjoying life. Thinking of buddy too at this time, chuckled at both of you in your 007 get up.;-)
Fabulous shot Matron and what a fine set of teeth!
I found a snowball in the chicken run this morning - they must have been playing!
I thought it was a picture taken from a new Jaws movie at first!
Matron- what a great picture. I admit, I turn into a little kid just like Leo when it snows. ENjoy your bit of Winter!
Captain Shagrat - yes thank you for your thoughts. A memorable day today.
Fab piccie :-) Mel xx
